At YRAL, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes and fragrance products cannot be returned or exchanged once the sealed package has been opened.

We only accept returns for:

  • Damaged items received during delivery
  • Incorrect items sent by mistake

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the package condition

Our team will review the issue and arrange a replacement if eligible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened perfume bottles
  • Opened sealed packages
  • Used products
  • Products damaged after delivery by customer handling

Refunds & Replacements

Approved returns may be eligible for:

  • Replacement product
  • Store credit
  • Refund (depending on the situation)
